About UsEly Hypnotherapy is owned and run by Clinical Hypnotherapist Rachel Grabham DHP LAPHP. Trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy and Advanced Analysis at 'The Essex Institute' in Southend under the tutorage of principle Terrence Watts, writer of many books and founder of APHP (The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy). Every therapist has their own way of working and Rachel is no exception to this rule - utilising her skills, knowledge and experience to promote an individually tailored package of treatment for each client. This combined with a non-judgemental approach means you can be assured of a completely confidential and professional service. Rachel has completed extensive training in her field, enabling her to draw upon a wide range of methodologies and techniques, and increasing the probability of a positive outcome for her clients. Her previous work experience includes working with vulnerable children and adults in the local community providing support in many areas of their lives. This often involved Rachel working alongside many other professionals and services including Drug and Alcohol Services, Probation, Social Services, Mental Health Outreach and Social Housing Providers amongst others. Having spent over 15 years working with people on a one to one basis and in group situations, with both children and adults, Rachel has had many years experience of dealing with a wide variety of issues and problems, - supporting people to take control of their lives and make positive changes for a better future for themselves. Motivated by a desire to help people achieve their potential and reach their goals, and a belief that it's never too late to change Rachel continues to develop her skills and increase her knowledge in her quest to help people become the best they can be. “Release yourself from your emotional burdens - reach your potential and be the person you were always meant to be!”Rachel Grabham is a member of APHP (The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy) – this is not a general register that anyone can join, membership is either by invitation or by completing training at an APHP accredited school.
