Your initial consultation is FREE of charge - please allow at least 30 mins for this appointment.

I will endeavour to offer you an appointment within the shortest time possible.

An estimation of the amount of sessions you will need will be given at the initial consultation. Sessions last 50 minutes.

In some cases it will be possible to book enough time to allow for therapy to start straight after your free initial consultation – please request this at the time of booking your consultation appointment - There will still be no obligation or pressure for you to go ahead with the therapy straight away unless you choose to.

Missed or cancelled appointments that do not give prior notice of 48 hours will be charged a £25 cancellation fee.

I specialise in one to one sessions however for those who feel they are not in a position, do not have the time or are not ready to undertake therapy at a face to face level my Telephone, Online or Email Service may be an appropriate alternative. This can also include a personalised recording for you listen to at home, charged at £10 per recording; plus tips, suggestions and in some cases homework for you to complete.

Charges are £20 for a 30 minute session for either a telephone or online appointment. Payment needs to be made in advance – please contact me for more information.

Fees

Fees vary according to the type of therapy and are charged per session. Some issues such as public speaking, driving test fears, exam nerves etc can be dealt with in as little as just a few sessions while other more deep seated or complex issues can take up to 12 sessions – In the majority of cases therapy will be between 6 and 8 sessions, please contact me for more details.

The consultation appointment is Free and you will be under no obligation or pressure to go ahead with sessions unless you choose to. Sessions are charged at £50 per session for suggestion therapy (hypnotherapy), except Quit Smoking which is charged at £140 - please see details of the Quit Smoking Programme below for more details. Suggestion therapy can be used for issues such as habits and some confidence issues - though where the issue is more deep seated suggestion would not be an effective therapy.

All other therapy sessions are charged at £60 for a 50 minute appointment though session length is dependent on the issue I am working with and sessions will usually last up to 75 minutes. The same rate of £60 will still be charged regardless of the extra time given.

This lasts approx 2 hours and I also offer a free follow up session if it is booked within 3 weeks of the original session. Charges for this package are currently £140

Therapy on NHS

Although I am not an NHS Provider I do have an NHS Independent Provider Number to enable Doctors & Consultants to make referrals for treatment - please contact your doctor or local NHS provider to find out if you may be eligible for Hypnotherapy on the NHS.

I am happy to discuss the benefits of my services with your Doctor with prior agreement from all individuals concerned.
